The Department of Public Safety has issued a Silver Alert for a 64-year-old Oregon man last seen in Palmer Tuesday night.

Mat-Com Dispatch requested the Silver Activation for Cary Lowe after he was reported to have left his brother’s home in the area of S. Glenn Highway and E. Rebarcheck Avenue, near the Alaska State Fairgrounds, just before 11 p.m.

“Lowe was reported to be a vulnerable adult with a history of seizures,” according to the Silver Alert.

He is 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighs roughly 170 pounds, the Silver Alert said. He has white hair and green eyes and was last seen wearing a dark hat and a Carhart jacket and was carrying a suitcase.

Anyone with information on Lowe is asked to contact Alaska State Troopers via the Silver Alert hotline: 1-855-745-8799.
