Fresh snow on the ground is always cause for celebration. The fluffy stuff gives winter enthusiasts a reason to head outside with their sleds, skis and snowman assembly kits.
But Cory Williams says he often brings the fresh snow inside to make dessert — ice cream.
“It’s perfect because this time of year we’ve got lots of snow around,” said the YouTube vlogger, cautioning the use of days-old patches. “Right after a good snow is perfect. Fresh, as fresh as you can get.”
Recruiting little helpers in the kitchen shouldn’t be hard with this recipe, Williams says. Plus, snow ice cream only requires four ingredients and, he notes, the only expertise needed is how to cure a brain freeze.
“It melts really fast, and that’s why you’ve got to make it quick and eat it quick,” said Williams. “You’ll be surprised at how much you eat. Be careful; it’s dangerous.”
