YouTube vlogger Kristen Williams whips up a dish loaded with the best kinds of calories — homemade lasagna.
Williams says this is her go-to lasagna recipe from The Pioneer Woman, where it’s dubbed “The Best Lasagna Ever.” It has layers of the goodness lasagna is known for — pasta, meat, sauce and cheese. But Williams notes calorie counters can rejoice a bit with this version.
“It’s a little cheaper and a little healthier than a traditional lasagna, because it uses cottage cheese instead of ricotta cheese,” she said.
Plus, lasagna means a heap of leftovers for the family to enjoy!
