Holiday party season is in full swing, and whether you’re the one entertaining or accepting the invitation, KTVA 11’s Daybreak is adding a dish to our Recipe Box that’s sure to make you the star of the circuit.
This week, Anchorage mom and blogger Michelle Baxter whips up a vegetarian appetizer. The dish is a homemade holiday dip spread on crescent rolls (in the shape of a Christmas tree!) and topped with an array of vegetables.
“It’s fun to bring something holiday-themed and Christmas-themed to a party,” said Baxter. “And I mean, I like to at least incorporate some sort of vegetable and healthy aspect to the dishes that I bring.”
Not only is the appetizer festive and flavorful, Baxter notes it only takes about 20 minutes to make.
