“This isn’t my normal recipe. This is a springtime recipe that features lamb,” she notes. “Lamb is a traditional springtime food. A lot of people eat it at Easter time.”
Making homemade gravy can be tricky, Cash admits. But this lamb version can be whipped up in one pot and in no time at all. Paired with a pan of biscuits from the oven, Cash says you can have the flavors of spring for dinner to welcome the new season.
