Police investigate mobile home park armed robbery

Police identified two victims at the scene, one of whom sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated by medics

ANCHORAGE - One suspect was taken into custody and another may still be on the loose following an armed robbery Wednesday at an East Anchorage mobile home park.

Around noon, police received a report of an armed robbery on the 1000 block of Boniface Parkway at the Mayflower Circle Park, according to police spokeswoman Jennifer Castro. Two men were seen fleeing a residence.

Police identified two victims at the scene, one of whom sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated by medics, Castro said.

One of the men was apprehended, Castro said, and police are still searching for another possible suspect.
