This is Tyco he is a Great Dane mix who's full of energy. At only seven months, he's both a large breed dog and full of puppy characteristics. Staff at the Animal Care and Control have been working with him in dog training classes and they suggest someone who adopts him do the same.   Full Story
 
This is Honey Bear and she is one of the sweetest dogs available at the center. She is a spayed, four-year-old Chesapeake Bay Retriever. We're told she is a great dog who would love to find someone who can take her on long walks in the park.   Full Story
 
This is Orion and he is a brown tabby cat who's looking for a new home. He is about three and a half-years-old and is already neutered. Orion is a little camera shy, but we're told he is a very lovable cat who would be a great addition to any home.   Full Story
 
This is Lucky and he's a star. He is a six-month-old pit bull mix and he is looking for some love and a new home. We're told that Lucky has learned a few tricks in his young age, but is looking for someone who can help him learn even more.   Full Story
 
This is Milo and he is a two-year-old cat looking for a new home. Milo has a playful side that he lets out every once in a while, but like most cats, his favorite activity is to chill around the house.   Full Story
 
This adorable girl is named Frankie. Frankie is a Shepherd mix who was found stray. She looks to be about two-years-old and the folks at Animal Control say she would make a great pet for a family.

In what has become an annual Fourth of July, the mighty Mt. Marathon race with its perilous peaks and treacherous terrain, draws runners from across the world.
