PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The On the Town Las Vegas Getaway begins at 12:00 a.m., Alaskan Standard Time (“AKST”) on October 15, 2012, and ends December 31, 2012 (“Promotional Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 pm, AKST, on December 31, 2012 to be eligible.
SPONSOR: KTVA-TV/Alaska Broadcasting Company, Inc., 1007 W. 32nd Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska 99503 (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”).
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter during the Promotional Period:
(1) Online Entry: Visit www.ktva.com and follow the directions provided to submit a completed online entry form, with their name, age, home address, e-mail address, and daytime and evening contact phone numbers, and including the key word “KTVAVEGAS” or
(2) Wireless Entry: If you are a wireless service subscriber and have a text messaging capable device, use your mobile device to text (standard messaging service (SMS) message) the keyword “KTVAVEGAS” to 28201. You will be charged standard messaging rates for each message sent or received from your handset according to your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Message and data rates apply. Each wireless carrier’s rate plan may vary, and entrants should contact their wireless carrier for information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this sweepstakes. Any mobile message form of entry into this sweepstakes will be deemed made by the named account holder whose mobile phone number is assigned at the time of entry to the mobile messaging device so used. You will receive a return text message asking for your entry information. If you are not already a Wide Orbit service registrant, you will be asked to provide registration information. To get help with the sweepstakes at any time, text “HELP” to 28201.
LIMIT: Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address or wireless phone number, regardless of method of entry, during the promotional period. Entries received from any person or email address or wireless phone number in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
Entry may not be possible using certain wireless carriers. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to add or delete a wireless carrier at any time, without notice.
Entry into the sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to participate in this sweepstakes and acceptance of these Official Rules. Online entry constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver entrant’s name, address and other information to Wide Orbit for the purpose of administering this sweepstakes and for other uses by Sponsor as permitted by applicable law. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, misaddressed, garbled, undelivered or misdirected entries or text messages.
