Anon-Ymous - Are the Leash Laws Being Enforced? - KTVA I too am one of the folks that use Cuddy Park to fly kites and enjoy....nothing like dog poop left by inconsiderate owners to make ones day. People lease keep your animal on a leash and if they do their business have the courtesy to clean up after them!9/8/109:46 PM
