Obama to Send $447B Jobs Bill to Congress

The centerpiece of the plan is lower payroll taxes for individuals and businesses. There's also new spending to hire teachers and rebuild schools, among other things.

Does this half wit really think after over 3 years of lying, cheating, stealing from the American tax payer, ANYONE would believe his NEW lies he is spreading? Give me a break! This president is so lame, he comes out with the most outrageous air head ideas.Spend, spend spend, and never tells us where he is going to steal the money. Usually it is from the tax payer.
