This cute kitten isn’t named Spanky, Alfalfa or Buckwheat, but he is quite the little rascal.

He's only a few months old, and already Rascal is a very playful little guy who loves to be held.

Brooke Taylor from Anchorage Animal Care & Control says he has one of the loudest purrs she's ever heard and some super soft to boot.

Want to have the coolest trick-performing cat in your neighborhood? Contrary to popular belief, Brooke says cats can be trained—just don’t try to train them the same way you would a dog.

“A cat’s attention span is a lot shorter than a dog's,” she says, and that cats are “able to sit, jump through hoops, all sorts of great behaviors."
