He came to the shelter as a stray, but Andrew is already a volunteer favorite.

A husky mix, Andrew has lots of energy and loves playing fetch, but he's also gentle and loves to cuddle.

"This guy is a people dog," said Brooke Taylor of Anchorage Animal Control. "He loves his cuddling:  Not all dogs like to be hugged."
