And yet, after all of that, the family of the scumbag that shot Officer Mills at a routine traffic stop because he feared getting caught and going back to jail, are suing the APD and MOA because same scumbag held APD in a standoff and while got what he deserved. Though he had no concern for anyone elses health or well-being, everyone is racist and overreacted in not making arrangements and contact his grandfather, who he obviously listened to so well in the past.
