When I first heard of her abduction and saw where she worked I was shocked that any employer would allow a young woman to work alone like that,especially in a separate little building like that. Not that you would think that anything like this would happen but she was way too vulnerable in that situation. I am not fan of guns, but I would admit that if I were there alone I'd be scared and I feel I'd want something in there with me for protection. I agree with others, I don't know if she could have shut that window on him where he couldn't get in but I don't know if I would have even left the shack. Hindsight is involved obviously as I am sure she was totally stunned and scared. Again, no female should be working alone like that and I hope this business and others like it will change their ways. It's sad to watch but at the same time, it's a learning lesson to others that you have to be careful.

Samantha's family gave their ok to show the tapes. It was discussed with them first and they agreed.

Couple obvious things she didn't do, first being carry a personal firearm for self defense. Second lock the door, shut the window, start flashing the outside lights and dial 911 on her cell. But without any training or prior plans for a 'what if' situation....

Never let them take you away from the scene when something messed up happens. You always make the fight/commotion happen right there if there is to be one. Had Sam been drilled on this basic of self defense, that whole situation probably would have ended differently.Please drill this into the ladies in your life fellas. Unbelievable. RIP Sam.

Watch it so this want happen to your love one. Use it and teach your kids on what, and what not to do in this or similar situations. May god bless her and her family. The main thing I wanted to see that rat Keys answer for this.

Obviously I watched it, and it is devastating. I wouldn't want the entire world to be able to see my loved ones last moments on Earth. Anyways, watching a video and then commenting that it should be taken down is hypocritical? How so? We didn't ask for the video and then ask for it to be taken down.

It is not appropriate to show this video of this poor young woman with that maniac. It is so disrespectful of her and her family. I am ashamed that KTVA has shared this. It is just too personal and too sad. This is so wrong to have the last moments really for Samantha as a free young person shown on video on the internet for the entire planet to view. How disrespectful of her and her struggle. Shame shame shame on the FBI for this. Terrible.
