St. Elias Specialty Hospital celebrated its Third Annual Walkway to Wellness Reunion with patients over the weekend.

St. Elias works with patients who need daily long-term care for traumatic injuries. Doctors there say they enjoy seeing patients year after year at the reunion to get an update on their progress. Special guests at the event included former patients like the Evans family—who survived a plane crash just a few months ago.

The Miracle Dancers and Drummers Group performed for the audience, as well.

St. Elias Specialty Hospital opened in 2006 and has helped more than 1,000 people.
