Police tight-lipped about 21-year-old found dead Friday

ANCHORAGE - Anchorage police remain tight-lipped about the death of a 21-year-old man who was found Friday.

Trel Zawko was found in his home on Crescent Drive.

Police are investigating his death as a homicide but at this point are not releasing a cause of death or any other information.

"But in reviewing the call, it initially came in as a medic call,” said APD spokeswoman Dani Myren. “And based on what was discovered, it was then investigated as a homicide."

Police were unable to say when more information would be released.
