September is Hunger Action Month, and it recognizes a problem that's found across the state.

More than 90,000 Alaskans don't know where their next meal will come from, and more than 75,000 ask for direct food assistance.

Susannah Morgan, executive director of the Food Bank of Alaska, said there are several things you can do to help.
