First Alleged Victim Takes the Stand in Anthony Rollins Trial

According to the State, there are at least five more women with similar stories of what prosecutors call Rollins' predatory abuse of power.

 "None of these things are sexual assault," explained defense attorney Susan Carney.  "Even taken together they're not sexual assault. They're bad sexual behavior, they're probably not what you would consider moral behavior, but they are not what's illegal behavior."


Also called to the witness stand today was a detective who says police records show Rollins had at least 40 minutes of unaccounted time that day.  The first victim says she was sexually assaulted during that time.
 

The trial continues tomorrow and is expected to last a few weeks.
