The state, county, city, tax payers,ARE not responsible for these homeless children. The PARENTS are.Where are they? Realizing alot of the parents are on assistance, too lazy to work, or drug users should NOT prevent the authorities going after them for child support. Especially if the kids are abused. Growing up CHURCHES and the Salvatation Ary helped the needy. Now ith all the "FREE" entitoements these loosers get, they spend the money on dope, cell phones, junk food and the kids get NOTHING.The goverment has caused MORE problems than any other enity in the U.S.A.The kids will most likely turn out just like them, using the system and doing nothing. They need education and jobs.NOT handouts.
