Byron Syvinski Indicted on Robbery, Assault Charges of Little Girl

The man accused of punching a 7-year-old girl in the head has been indicted on robbery and several assault charges.

According to court documents, 32-year-old Byron Syvinksi assaulted Am-marie Martin on June 5 on the 3300 block of Eide Street after she refused to give her bicycle to him.

The girl was released from the intensive care unit at Providence Medical Center last week.

Syvinkski faces a maximum total sentence of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

This guy is an example what a bully is. This person deserves no respect for what he has done.

Was the guy on drugs? Drinking? Regardless the reason he should rot in jail. Always an excuse for these low life criminals. If he was mentally ill, his family should have committed him to an institution long ago.Its disgusting how the supposedly mentally ill get excused for their actions!!
