Today, the Alaska Supreme Court reaffirmed a lower court's ruling on all counts against Joe Miller's challenge of the November general election results of the U.S. Senate race in Alaska.

The votes for Sen. Lisa Murkowski remain unchanged as a result of this ruling.

The issue now heads to federal court where U.S. District Court Judge Ralph Beistline has said he will quickly consider whether to lift an injunction barring the state from certifying the election.

Judge Beistline has given Miller 48 hours to decide if he wants to continue his challenge in federal court.
