National weather disasters are "IMPOSSIBLE" to detect the point of exact impact. While weather scientist can give us "GENERAL" information, and you can store water, food, etc, does NOT mean your "prepared". Earthquakes are the biggest questionable disaster. You can see the tornados comming, you can be warned about the hurricans,BUT earthquakes are like a thief in the night. NEVER know where they will strike, wen or how strong they will be. GUESS, yes.It is good to know some of the basic things you can do to prepare,BUT nothing can save your life if you happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. "EXAMPLE?" ....."JAPAN".
