If you’ve been waiting for the perfect time to try a new restaurant – now would be it.

100 Days of Downtown Dining kicked off last weekend and will run through April.

Diners can ask any of the participating restaurants for a game card, then collect stickers from each establishment.

Once that’s done, game cards can be entered for prizes. Complete cards will vie for a grand prize that includes a week’s stay at an Anchorage hotel.

This year 25 restaurants are involved in the program – more than ever before.

“Really, the great thing about more restaurants participating is it's a bigger range of food types, lunches, dinners and different price points as well,” said Penny Schnering.
