As of 2:30 p.m. Thursday, two people were entrapped. Troopers received multiple 911 calls at 1:42 p.m. that two vehicles had collided head-on, said Alaska State Troopers spokesperson Megan Peters. “A third vehicle ran into it, but that one was a minor component,” Peters said.
