Doesn't make sense that they are illegal. Fred Meyer is selling packs of them for everyone to use.

imagine the poor puppy dogs!!! So much more dogs are put down and unwanted because JACKDONKEYS don't put their pooches in. Much loved special needs and elderly dogs will have a harder time finding a home because people would rather have puppies. PUT THE POOCHES IN!!!!! Join the movement!
