Group Seeks to Boost Anchorage High School Graduation Rate to 90 Percent by 2020

United Way will support its education goal through Anchorage United for Youth, a collaborative board of more than 40 private and non-profit organizations and citizens.

This is probably an oversight, however the ad/public service announcement that runs endorsing this initiative does not include African-American students. One would think that students of ALL ethnicities would be involved. Please redo the TV ad. Thank you.
