Casting Call: Rugged Alaskans for Reality TV Show
Are you an Alaskan with an outgoing personality, lots of hair and a rustic pair of Carhartts? If so, you may be the star of a new reality TV show.

Are you an Alaskan with an outgoing personality, lots of hair and a rustic pair of Carhartts?
If so, you may be the star of the next reality TV show being shot in the 49th state.
A TV crew is in Anchorage filming a show about the real Alaska: the tough, the unique and the quirky.
To be the next reality TV star, producers are holding an open casting call Saturday, Nov. 5, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Wild West Guns.
So what’s your motivation?
“The focus of the pilot is gonna be in and around the world of Alaska to everybody in the lower 48…So, we're gonna focus a little bit on the gun world and a little bit on the people of Alaska,” said producer Hank Stepleton.
If you are selected to step in front of the camera, show producers said you will receive a free gun repair or a substantial discount on a new gun.
