My father help bluid the 4th Avenue Theather as a carpenter, he was so mazed of the story he shared how the theather was built "was built the love that was put into is very touching when you look at the walls, the sky the curtains, history before your eyes", that itself is the Art of Art I think that deserve 1% far as I am concerned
