What is really scary, is I went to high school with the jerk. I was shocked when this article was sent around to all his classmates today. This guy had so much potential and this is how he ended up, something went wrong and I mean real wrong in his head. He was also a highly decorated Viet Nam Helicopter pilot. Sad, but sadder for his victims.

on a similar note... the sidewalk sitter and his dog are back, in the same spot, getting free stuff and sniffing at passer-by's. crazy.

How is this part two of the story? It's the exact same article as part one.

Perhaps Parnell will add male victims to the list of those who also deserve respect. This is not new news. Back in 1994 there were statistics as high as 6 out of 10 men living in crime ridden, urban areas were most often victims of male rape. The high stats were contributed to men coming out of the prison systems.

it's not so much the predators that are the problem. it's the judges that let them off that need to be put in jail. we need to start holding them responceable for any acts these people do after they have been released. send them both to jail, and let the judges get raped.

why in the f*** were these men out in the public anyway? I mean this is what's wrong...These type of sex offenders do thier time and then are released! these are the types that need to be away in jail forever if not just killed. And here we are now, having to look over our shoulder for a frkn pshyco man rapist!

being a young person growing up in Alaska I met many such people, but I have not met such violent ones. MOST sex offenders DO register with police even if they are not listed on the state's Internet website. That is what the ruling does, it prevents them from retroactive state exposure, not from exposure in totality. Most sex offenders like this are "rare", it's the common friendly ones you never hear about !!

These scum were aided and abetted again and again by liberal judges who fail to issue maximum sentences. The repeat crimes of these men would not have been committed if they were in jail. Most violent / sexual crimes in Anchorage are committed by repeat convicts, on the streets when they should have been in jail.

These guys are still alive? Eventually the street will take care of them--sooner the better.

SEX OFFENDERS DON'T REGISTER IN ALASKA? said on Wednesday, Sep 21 at 6:41 AM

Because of Alaska Supreme Court ruling? Who is running the court system here>>>the perverts? Get the law changed immediately. This is getting to be the dropping off place for all the sex perverts from the lower 48!These predators are after our kids, and need to be stopped, anyway that is necessary. Its sickening how the courts allow such filthy low life to run free and clear of the registery laws. What lobbist got this off the books?

They don't require all sex offenders from before 1994 to register and it takes years to get rape kits processed, yet Dave Parker thinks Hollywood causes the high rate of rapes in Alaska.

Great - more trash that moved to Alaska. We really need to pass the death penalty. Two more sex predators to foul up the area, take up resources and create more victims. It's getting tiresome that lawyers give sob stories as "mitigating circumstances" and "mental health issues" as a defense. The end result is the same-these cons need to be held FULLY ACCOUNTABLE for their actions.
