Instead of spending the money on equipment. The money should be spent teaching police officers how to protect and serve the public who pay there salaries.

umm im sorry but in vehicle cameras have been available for years..if APD doesnt have them they have been negligent and we should not have to pay for there neglect..those cameras also have audio that the officer wears on their person..you turn on your emergency lights automatically turns on the cameras and audio..
