UAA senior links with Anaheim Ducks

ANCHORAGE – UAA senior Matt Bailey has signed a two-year deal with the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks.

The Seawolves star is now with the team’s AHL affiliate in Norfolk, Va. Bailey led UAA to a Final Five berth in Grand Rapids, Mich., before falling to Ferris State in overtime 5-4 last week.

He scored a team-high 20 goals, and while pursuing his dream of reaching the NHL, is working to attain his degree in marketing.
