A male at the party started shooting after people were asked to leave the party
ANCHORAGE- Two people were shot at a house party Saturday morning in the 2600 block of Easthaven Circle in Anchorage.
Numerous calls were made to APD dispatchers just after 4 a.m. about a shooting at the house, said Jennifer Castro, Communications Director with the Anchorage Police Department.
A male at the party started shooting after people were asked to leave, Castro said.
The two victims were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries by the Anchorage Fire Department.
Police believe alcohol played a factor in the shooting.
No arrests have been made.
