i would'nt know mr. young if i passed him on the street but i'm very happy to see him doing something smart after ALL THESE YEARS. WHY WHY WHY didn't he think of this when he BECAME a local famous person, or at least, while mrs. young was alive. i'm sure she, even as an older "Alaska girl" would have been happy to help him with this. everybody who hates being China's "beeep" PLEASE POST! and PRAY! and VOTE! THANK YOU! :)

You know, I think this is the first time I have ever agreed with Don Young on anything. We shouldn't be sending our industry seeking energy development overseas, enriching those who would rise up against us in conflict. Turn the spigot off in the Middle East and develop petroleum in the U.S. for short term solution (no subsidies for petroleum though), while pouring any and all subsidies to the development of alternative energy to end our dependence on petroleum imports. IT CAN BE DONE............By the way Don Young, if you happen to read this, quit sending American jobs offshore. That also would be a patriotic thing to do.
