Its common sense; the pipeline, ballooned to its final amount (disability, lawsuites, kickbacks, etc...) simply cannot be built for under what it can produce. You can believe our repeated history of corruption, or you you can believe the lie. Either way, the idea of another pipeline is a bad deal. Dont make it folks.
