I'm sure inspections will be done and assistance or instruction with keeping a house standard can be included. The good in theses services will always prevail.

No kidding, you should go and take a drive on the nice units out in Muldoon area called Creekview, the places are nice as hell but seems like the owners are a bunch of dirty people that will dirty up the place. It seems like that some people are better off to be surrounded by other people that will set and example and care and live properly instead of like a bunch of animals. I think that learning matters and social skills is to mix well with others of better social skills so that they can rub off in a good way. It seems like a dead end to put a bunch of people together that are in the same boat socially to "learn from one another" when they do not have high standards to reach for and get better. It does not make sense, throw some "higher social class" people in there to even out the atmosphere if you know what I mean. That is if they do not mind mixing with some people that are learning to live better if they can even try to sincerely....

This is a different kind of subsidized housing where the landlord cares so it will still be nice in one, two, ten years.

I would like to see a follow-up piece done in one year to see the conditions of those new homes. I have been in subsidized housing before and the people don't take any pride in it. Garbage will be pilled up, holes in the wall and it will reek of alcohol is my bet.
