A number of places will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day.

A number of places will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Most state and city buildings will be closed, along with libraries and health and human services. The People Mover bus service will also not be running.

Aside from the administrative offices, trash collection will be unaffected, and ask that people have their garbage curbside by 7 a m. A
 
Also the anchorage museum will be open from 9am to 6pm.
