Judge Rules on BP ProbationRules in Favor of Company A Federal Court Judge has ruled that oil giant BP did not violate the terms of probation following a 2009 spill at the Lisburne Processing Center in Prudhoe Bay. The company was on probation at the time the spill happened for a violation of the clean water act in 2007. Today Judge Beistline rejected claims from prosecutors the Lisburne spill did not break the terms of probation BP issued at statement after the judge’s favorable ruling saying, “We know that the privilege of working in Alaska comes with a responsibility to maintain high standards. We will continue our commitment to running safe and compliant operations.” |

Hopefully the DoJ will appeal Judge Ralph R. Beistline “opinion” to higher and hopefully less corruptible judicial tribunal, and will observe that this Alaska case and the crimes BP perpetrated in the cover-up the homicides of the Deepwater Horizon explosion victims establishes a clear pattern of fraud against federal government agencies, including federal courts. Because Judge Beistline aided and abetted BP’s and DoJ’s fraud upon the federal court on which he serves by issuing a fraudulent opinion, DoJ headquarters should investigate and report his actions to the Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals which should reprimand the judge’s unethical acts and report them to the United States Congress for its informed consideration of initiating impeachment proceedings.

Well I'm positive the next one will be soon, BP seems to care about the bottom line above than anything else.
