As many as a thousand people may need to reregister for the Permanent Fund Dividend.

That’s because the Department of Revenue’s automated mailing system accidentally delivered hundreds of applications about a week early this year.

Many people returned the applications immediately, but they’re not valid if the state gets them back before January 1st.

If you are one of the people who applied early you’ll need to send in another signature page after the first of the year to be eligible for next year’s PFD.
