This case if nothing else tells me two things. 1. Employers of coffee stands need to go over what to do in the event of a robbery with all their employees... NOT just the women either. 2. People need to take care in how they install their video surveillance equipment and perhaps use them to help protect their employees. A correctly directed camera could have helped this case A LOT.

Business surveillance is to monitor employees, not to protect them. You can see from Common Grounds video that its aimed at the cash register.

Should use night vision, audio, higher resolution. If all else panic button. Why...why...I don't know how I would have reacted. Was in accident recently and I was one of the stupid people in the movies just staring and not reacting and just responding.
