Lisa (Murky) is supposedly pushing for this to get re-opened and prosecuted PROPERLY. Let's hope she succeeds. This is offensive and outrageous beyond words. Not just that it happened, but that it is being swept under the rug by the feds (OUR employees). Meanwhile, how many alchoholic parents in the world are allowing, even encouraging, their innocent daughters to do this sort of stuff? Beyond sad!

Thank you for reporting on the alleged sex crimes of Bill Allen and the Fed's blocking the APD investigation and prosecution of Bill Allen. Also the APD files. In my opinion Eric Holder is responsible for covering up this scandal. I am glad to see Alaskans are working to proceed with prosecution of Allen.

Oops I am "responsible", not just for my typo, but for failing to thank KTVA for obtaining and posting the documents. Also of course in my post I also neglected to use the appropriate "alleged" in front of "perv". It is true that neither here nor in the UPenn matter has any witness been heard by a jury. There they will be here they really should be.

In the UPenn scandal even those who reported the perv to superiors are being held responsible for not doing more. Here the US Government, our Justice Department is at every level, preventing anyone even the perv from being responsiblity. Strange double standard. If ever there be a time for our President to demand our Justice Department act, it is now.
