As for the identity theft guy... Had they hired somebody from Podunk Arkansas (or Bethel Alaska) with a high school yearbook photo and two living parents; the fingerprints, polygraph, and birth certificate would all be irrelevant. Don't over-complicate things APD, do some "shoe leather" investigations.

This guy must have known APD had flaws in their hiring researching, and would never find his real identity, good think the real guy applied for his passport the same time as he did and the feds picked up on it, how do you think the real Mexican immigrants that got rejected by APD feel

Whatever happened to Superior Court judge who recieved his 3rd DUI conviction? He kept his job! What? Now there is a Judges clerk who has admitted to child pornography. My can't we see the good ol boy system falling apart. Good job to the FBI!

What ever happen to the Fire Chief who was DUI - did it get swept under the rug too! Their are serious procedural problems within the APD on how it handles internal issues within the department - an open investigation needs to be conducted. To much taxpayer's money spent on minor infractures by officers.
