olddg- money grabbing people s*uck as much as mean people...:) ernie- maybe it's bcoz they carry more people and/ or things in their vcles. chris- i like your idea, dui checks would -help-, but sad to say there would still be some people who would be sneaky jerks and jerk-ettes.

And the court system has found DUI,s so profitable that it banks on Alaskans who drink knowing that eventualy it will get them. The troopers and local police forgo any and all other activities that do not agressivaly attack potential drinkers who drive because it is so profitable. A large number of leach companies for drug and alchohlo rehab is also rideing the gravy train at other,s expense. And let,s not even mention ASAP. The CHUD,S at ASAP can,t find their bottoms with both hands, is run by the most rude ignorant personel the court system can find, and who think nothing of ruining each and every person,s life they can. .04 and all CDL holders are legally intoxicated which is discrimination and leans in favor of the state when it comes to prosecution. 1 beer or glass of wine with dinner and your life is over as you knew it, you lose your job, you home, your car. yet the guy sitting next to you has drank 2x's as much and he is not legally intoxicated. wtf?

There should be a data base of those convicted of DUI liquor stores and bars must check against.Alcoholism can be stopped, but it will dry up a gravy source of income for our crooked goverments.
