More and more peopel are moving in from the lower 48 for Social Welfare (i.e PFD) we need to put a ''Gramdfather Clause'' so that no NEW people can get this. So many people are looking for handouts and are not helping. If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem. Anchorage rates 5th in the nation for crime. In this day and age of instant gratification and sense of entitlements, the youth of today care about two things. An orgasm and a paycheck. NO one cares.

This may have just been an attempt to score some easy money and get back into a warm bed before winter. does he match any of the previous robberies? I would not have cried for him if he had been shot in the attempted robbery. This is pathetic that people are not willing to work to earn their own money adn will threaten the lives of others who are working. I hope to hear more on this soon!
