Really Brian? How about all of the people who live near the school keep an eye on their out of control kids instead?

We have the RV watch program here in the Mat-Su Valley. Why don't they use it for the Anchorage schools?

What happened to the program where RVers could stay at schools for free and act as volunteer security to prevent vandalism?

Seems to me that each teacher could give up one week in the summer, in shifts, to help keep an eye on thier respective school.
