Updated 6:50 p.m. ET The state of Alaska on Friday released more than 24,000 of Sarah Palin's emails from her first 21 months as governor, though many were redacted. Many of the emails contained routine correspondence between the governor and her aides. So far, there haven't been any major revelations, and many of them were exposed in the recently published book, "Blind Allegiance to Sarah Palin: A Memoir of Our Tumultuous Years,'' by former Palin aide Frank Bailey.
Tim Crawford, the treasurer of her political action committee, Sarah PAC, said the emails "detail a Governor hard at work" and encouraged everyone to read them. Palin emails released from time as governor |

the other part of it is on the other thread folks...and someone may be an attorney...is suggesting all the folks effected by Palin should form a class action lawsuit...against Palin and the State of Alaska for covering it up...get the courts to erase the black out marks and watch the sparks fly...I want a courtroom seat...

Tea partyers have been out in full force on the TV news and newspaper comment sections for damage control. Finding what's more embarrassing for Alaska is that our state gov't doesn't have the simple technical abilities to just scan/copy the emails to digital format for distribution. And if public record copy must be for public review, why not make it available at Anchorage LIO instead of the Isle of Juneau?
