Protest Over Oil Taxes Coverage

Local political activist Ray Metcalfe is leading a protest against the Anchorage Daily News. Metcalfe says ADN is sandbagging its readers and withholding information about Alaska's oil tax facts.

Alaska is NOT for the corporations! The citizens of Alaska must NOT submit to corporate rule! Didn't anyone learn from the events in the lower 48? 1. Taxes are Unconstitutional. 2. It is a scheme for the lobbyist gain, while the citizens are left with nothing but lesser hard earned paychecks. 3. Anyone supporting such heresy does not belong here! ADN needs to grow a pair to say "NO" to the money greedy corporate thieves who buy out the Govt., or resign from it's business.
