Anchorage police are looking for 26-year-old Kyle Dwiggins, who police say has defrauded more than 20 people of around $130,000, in two different schemes.

Police say this summer the Anchorage man developed a business name of ‘Sooner Repairs’ and stated he was licensed to do home remodeling projects.

Officers say Dwiggins would collect down payments and then never complete the work.

In the second scam, APD says Dwiggins pretended his apartment was for rent and showed it to six people. Police claim he collected first month’s rent and a security deposit from each of these victims.

If you know the whereabouts of Dwiggins, you are asked to call Anchorage police or Crime Stoppers.

I thought this scum bag was in custody. He is probably out of Alaska now. With $130,000 he could be any where. Did the police check the airlines? Have they notified the Canadians in case he tries to go down the Alcan? Hope he freezes in the wilderness, gets stuck until the police catch up with him.
