Police Make a Second Arrest in Muldoon Double Homicide

The Anchorage Police have made a second arrest in Monday mornings shooting outside JJ's Cocktail Lounge but they don't believe that Ryan Laulu,31, pulled the trigger. APD says the case is complicated and they are still interviewing witnesses.
