KODIAK, Alaska - A photo of Chief Petty Officer Richard Belisle (Ret.) and uniform items are on display at a memorial service in Kodiak April 18, 2012. Friends and family gathered to honor Belisle and Petty Officer 1st Class James Hopkins after they were tragically shot at Communication Station Kodiak.
