KODIAK, Alaska — Members of the Coast Guard Honor Guard prepare for a three honor volley at a memorial service for Petty Officer James Hopkins and Chief Petty Officer Richard Belisle (Ret.) at Hangar 3 in Kodiak April 18, 2012. The men received full military honors as friends and family gathered together to pay their respects.
